Brooke Alpert, a nationally recognized nutrition expert, author and mother of two young kids recently teamed up with Culturelle Probiotic to create five new kid-friendly and probiotic rich smoothie recipes. She was happy to share her ingredient lists with our readers! Brooke’s smoothie flavors include:

2 medium nectarines (pitted and quartered)

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

⅓ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup ice
